February 12, Deputy Consul-General and Consul of Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Shanghai Mr. Chi Chiew Sum visited SIIS and had discussions with research fellows Dr. Zhang Zhexin and Dr. Zhou Shixin on issues of U.S. strategic adjustment in South China Sea, China-ASEAN relations and so forth.
