February 25, the delegation of German Federal Ministry of Defence led by Col. Franz Berger visited SIIS, and had discussions on such issues as Cross-Taiwan Strait relations, South China Sea and China-US relations with Professor Ma Ying of Center for Asia-Pacific studies and Professor Wu Chunsi of Center for American Studies.
