April 19, Dr. Octavio M. G. Lopes, Head of Education, Science and Technology Section of Brazilian Consulate General visited SIIS, and had a discussion with regard to SIIS’ background with Dr. Niu Haibin, Assistant Director of Institute for International Strategic Studies and SIIS research fellow Ms. Lou Xiangfei.
