May 16, Mr. Bernado Mariani and Mr. Thomas Wheeler, research fellows of Saferworld visited SIIS, and had discussions with the fellows of SIIS Center for South-Asia Studies, Director Zhao Gancheng, and Dr. Wang Weihua on such issues as China’s participation in peacekeeping and reconstruction in the South Asian region.
