April 3, LtCol Brendan S. Mulvaney, East/Southeast Asia Branch Head of Army Directed Studies Office of Commandant’s Red Team visited SIIS, and had discussions with Prof. Ma Ying, Director of Center for Asia-Pacific Studies and Dr. Zhang Chun, Deputy Director of Center for Asia-Africa Studies on the issue of Asia-Pacific security.
