April 7, Dr. Scott W. Harold, Associate Political Scientist of RAND Corporation, visited SIIS, and had discussions with Prof. Ma Ying, Director of Center for Asia-Pacific Studies, and Prof. Wu Chunsi, Executive Director of Center for American Studies on such issues as the new development of China’s policies towards Asia-Pacific region and the prospects of China-US relations.
