June 3，Ms. Carmela Shamir, Director of International Affairs Department 1, Center for Policy Research of Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Israel visited SIIS, and exchanged viewpoints on the current world affairs particularly issues regarding China’s policies towards big powers and peripheral areas with Prof. Zhao Gancheng, Executive Director of Institute for International Strategic Studies and SIIS research fellow Xue Chen and Cao Jiahan of Institute for International Strategic Studies.
