June 17, Mr. Ian Richards, Special Adviser to the Deputy Director-General of the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW), visited SIIS, and had discussions with Prof. Wu Chunsi, Executive Director of Center for American Studies and SIIS fellow Mr. Xue Chen on the disarmament issues.
