From June 6th through 13th, Vice-President CHEN Dongxiao led a delegation to Russia and Ukraine at the invitations of the World Public Forum “Dialogue of Civilizations” and Razumkov Centre. During the visit, the delegation exchanged views extensively with scholars and ex-officials from the two countries’ leading think-tanks such as the Diplomatic Academy under the Foreign Ministry of Russia, Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO), Institute for World Economy and International Relations (IMEMO) of Russian Academy of Sciences, Ukraine National Institute for Strategic Studies and Institute for Global Transformation, etc..
