Dr. Yu Hongyuan, Deputy Director of Center for International Organization and International Law and Dr. Ye Yu, Chief of Regional Economy Section of Institute for World Economy Studies had discussions with the European guests on the issues of the recent development of low-carbon economy and the negotiation of global climate change.
