September 28, Prof. Michael Glosny of Naval Postgraduate School visits SIIS and has discussions with Prof. Zhao Gancheng, Director of the Center for South Asia Studies and Dr. Liu Zongyi about China’s foreign policy towards South Asia, China’s participation in regional integration process and so forth.  Prof. Glosny also meets with Prof. Ye Jiang, Executive Director of Institute for Global Governance Studies, Prof. Wu Chunsi, Director of Center for American Studies, and research fellow Dr. Yu Yingli, Dr. Niu Haibin and Mr. Xue Chen and exchanges views on such issues as China and global governance world configuration, China"s perspective on current international order.
