Shanghai Institutes for International Studies and Pacific Forum of Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) co-held the Second Session of the Young Leaders Forum on May 13th in Shanghai. More than fifty young scholars, graduates and PhDs attended the meeting and discussed the security challenges to East-Asia, regional security cooperation and potential solutions.
