Harding, Senior Adviser of US-based Information Operations Holistic Organizer (IOHO) visits SIIS, and has discussions with Madame Yu Xintian, Director of SIIS Academic Board, and research fellows Ms. Zhang Yao and Mr. Lu Chuanying on such issues as China-US competition in public diplomacy and the construction of information security mechanism.
