June 23, Sanjay Chaturvedi, the professor of Political Science at the Panjab University visited SIIS, and exchanged views upon ocean and polar issues with Dr. Yu Hongyuan, deputy director of the Department of International Organizations and Laws at SIIS and Dr. Cheng Baozhi, assistant research fellow of the Institute for Global Governance Studies at SIIS.
