Feb. 17, the Delegation of Romania-based "Ovidiu Sincai" Social Democratic Institute Foundation visit SIIS. Prof. Li Xin, Director of Center for Russia-Central Asia Studies, Dr. Zhang Haibing, Executive Director of Institute for World Economy Studies, Dr. Qiang Xiaoyun, Deputy Director of Center for Russia-Central Asia Studies and among other SIIS fellows have discussions with the delegation. The issues touch upon the prospects of the global economic development in the post-economic crisis era and for the two decades’ time after disintegration of the Soviet Union in particular.
