September 27th, Mr. Swapan Chattopadhyay, Consul of the Consulate General of India pays a farewell visit to SIIS. Prof. Zhao Gancheng, Director of the Center for South Asia Studies, Dr. Liu Zongyi and Dr. Wang Weihua participate the farewell meeting. They also meet with the newly-appointed consul.
