Klare ,Professor of Peace and World-security Studies at Hampshire College, and the correspondent of The Nation magazine, and author of Resource Wars and Blood and Oil: The Dangers and Consequences of America"s Growing Petroleum Dependency (Metropolitan). The conference invites experts from Hampshire College Delegation, Asia Pacific Center of Tecnológico de Monterrey. Shanghai Energy Association, East China Normal University, Shanghai Futures Exchanges.
