May 9, Mr.Claude Bruderlein, the strategic advisor of the president of International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) visits SIIS and exchanges views with Prof. Yu Xintian, Director of the SIIS Consulting Committee, Dr. Yu Hongyuan, Deputy Director of the Institute for Comparative Politics & Public Policy, and Dr. Fang Xiao, Deputy Director of the Center for European Studies on strategic tasks of ICRC and its cooperation with other institutions.
