September 5, Prof. Piotr Dutkiewicz, Director of the Institute of European and Russian Studies of Carleton University (Canada), visits SIIS and presents his new book as a gift to Prof. Yang Jiemian, Director of SIIS Academic Committee. Afterwards, Prof. Piotr Dutkiewicz delivers a speech on Russia’s domestic and foreign policy to members of the Center for Russian & Central Asian Studies, young research fellows and graduate students.
