September 13, SIIS President Chen Dongxiao meets with Mr. Craig Kennedy, President of German Marshall Fund of the U.S. and talks about Sino-U.S.-European relations as well as bilateral cooperation. Dr. Fang Xiao, Deputy Director of the Center for European Studies also attends the meeting.
