On February 18, Dr. Antonio C. Hsiang, Director of the Center for Latin American Economy and Trade Studies of Chihlee institute of Technology visits SIIS and exchanges views with Dr. Niu Haibin, Deputy Director of the Center for American Studies, Prof. Zhang Mingde, senior research fellow from the Center for American Studies, Ms. Lou Xiangfei and Ms. Huang Fangfang from the Center for American Studies on research methods of Latin America and the prospects of cooperation between the Cross-Straits in the region of Latin America.
