On March 20, the delegation of Defence Intelligence Organisation of Australia visits SIIS and has a discussion with Prof. Cai Penghong, senior research fellow of the Institute for Foreign Policy Studies, Dr. Zhou Shixin from the Institute for Foreign Policy Studies and Dr. Xue Chen from the Center for Asia-Pacific Studies on China’s role in the Indian Ocean, Maritime disputes, ASEAN and other regional architecture.
