On April 8, Ms. Mari Takada, Director of Cultural Affairs and Overseas Public Relations Division of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan, visits SIIS and has a discussion on the effect of non-governmental exchanges on Sino-Japanese relations with Prof. Lian Degui, Senior Research Fellow of the Institute of Foreign Policy Studies, Dr. Cai Liang and Dr. Chen Youjun, both from the Center for Asia-Pacific Studies.
