On April 25, Prof. Yang Jiemian, Chairman of the Council of SIIS Academic Affairs meets with Dr. Piotr Dutkiewicz, SIIS Visiting Scholar and Director of the Institute of European and Russian Studies at Carleton University. Prof. Lixin, Director of the Center for Russian Studies also attends the meeting.
