SIIS and DIE co-hold the International Symposium on “Debate and Cooperation on Post 2015 Agenda between China and Germany/EU

On June 5-6, Shanghai Institutes for International Studies and German Development Institute co-hold the international symposium on “Debate and Cooperation on Post 2015 Agenda between China and Germany/EU”. Both scholars have a warm discussion on Chinese and German/European Discoursed on Post-2015, opportunities and challenges of the Post-2015 Agenda, China’s position on MDGs and Post-2015,German and European’s positions on MDGs and Post-2015,BRICS positions on Post-2015, negotiation dynamics over Post-2015, financing and other means of implementation and Conclusions and way forward with the publication. Prof. Ye Jiang, Executive Director of the Institute for Global Governance Studies, chairs the meeting. Prof. Zhang Haibing, Executive Director of the Institute for World Economy Studies , Dr. Zhang Chun, Deputy Director of the Center for West Asian and African Studies, Dr. Ye Yu, Assistant Director of the Institute for World Economy Studies and other participants from the Institute for Global Governance Studies also attend the meeting.
