On August 25, Mr. Xu Haoliang, UN Assistant Secretary General and UNDP Asia-Pacific Bureau Director visits SIIS and delivers a lecture on “The Work of UN System of Development and the Role of UN Officials in Diplomacy and Decision”. SIIS President Chen Dongxiao chairs the lecture.
