On June 26, Prof. Rathin Roy, Director of National Institute of Public Finance and Policy of Ministry of Finance of India, visits SIIS and has a discussion on Southern Asia with Prof. Zhao Gancheng, Director of the Center for Asia-Pacific Studies, Dr. Wang Weihua, Assistant Director of the Institute for Foreign Policy Studies and Dr.Liu Zongyi from the  Center for Asia-Pacific Studies.
