On July 9, H.E. Mr. Kevin Rudd, former Prime Minister of Australia visits SIIS and delivers a speech  “Witnessing China in 30 years” , followed by interactions with the audience.  After the speech, Mr. Rudd is interviewed by SIIS and accepts the invitation to become SIIS’s international advisor.
