On September 19, Ms Alice Cawte, Australian Consul-General in Shanghai visits SIIS and exchanges ideas on situation of Southeast Asia and South China Sea with Dr. Zhang Zhexin, Assistant Director of the Institute of Taiwan, Hong Kong & Macao Studies and Mr. Xue Chen, research fellow of the Center for Asia-Pacific Studies.
