On September 26, SIIS President Chen Dongxiao meets with Mr. Rafik Sayfulin,   Former Director of the Institute for Strategic & Interregional Studies under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and talks about Afghanistan issues. Dr. Qiang Xiaoyun, Deputy Director of the Center for Russian and Central Asian Studies, Dr. Zhao Long from the Center for Russian and Central Asian Studies, Ms. Yan Yanqiu from Foreign Affairs Office of Shanghai Municipality also attends the meeting.
