On September 29, Mr. James Rapley, British Political Consul visits SIIS and exchanges views on Sino-African relations with Dr. Zhang Chun, Deputy Director of the Center for West Asian & African Studies, Dr. Zhu Ming, and Dr. Zhou Yuyuan, research fellows of the Center for West Asian and African Studies also attend the meeting.
