On October 20, Amb. Miguel Alfredo Velloso, research fellow of The Argentine Council for International Relations (CARI), visits SIIS and meets with Deputy Director Niu Haibin, Prof. Zhang Mingde, Ms. Lou Xiangfei and Ms. Huang Fangfang from the Center for American Studies. Both sides exchange views on prospects of the Forum of China-Latin America Cooperation, further promoting the China-Argentina relations, and China’s investment in Argentina.
