On October 28, Ms. Lilianne Ploumen, Minister for Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation of Netherlands visits SIIS and talks about Sino-OECD cooperation, Sino-Dutch joint cooperation in Africa, bilateral academic cooperation and other issues with scholars from Shanghai. SIIS President Chen Dongxiao chairs the meeting.
