On November 14, Prof. Kim Holmen, International Director of Norwegian Polar Institute visited SIIS and talked about Arctic governance with SIIS Vice President Yang Jian. Dr. Zhang Pei, Deputy Director of the Center for Maritime and Polar Studies, Dr. Zhao Long, Assistant Director of the Institute for Global Governance, Dr. Cheng Baozhi from the Center for Maritime and Polar Studies also attended the meeting.
