On November 21, Prof. Ilan Chabay, senior research fellow of the Institute for Advanced Sustainability Studies (IASS Potsdam) visited SIIS and exchanged views on sustainable development in the Arctic with SIIS Vice President Yang Jian, Director Zhang Yao, Deputy Director Zhang Pei, and research fellow Cheng Baozhi and Fengshuai from the Center for Maritime & Polar Affairs Studies.
