On November 20, Mr. Yang Yingming, Deputy Director General of the Department of International Economic & Financial Cooperation, Ministry of Finance, visited SIIS and exchanged ideas with SIIS President Chen Dongxiao, Prof. Yang Jiemian, Chairman of Council of SIIS Academic Affairs, Dr. Ye Qing, Assistant President of SIIS, and Dr. Zhang Haibing, Executive Director of the Institute for World Economy Studies.
