On November 21, Prof. Kiyoshi Takai visited SIIS and exchanged views on Sino-Japanese relations with Prof. Wu Jinan, Deputy Director of the SIIS Advisory Committee and Mr. Chen Hongbin, Director of the Institute for Data Processing Studies.
