On November 21, Mr. Knut Dethlefsen, Officer the Department for Asia and the Pacific Division for International Cooperation at Friedrich Ebert Stiftung, visited SIIS and met with Dr. Ye Qing, Assistant President of SIIS and Director of the Center for West Asian & African Studies, Dr. Zhang Yinghong, Director Zhang Yinghong and Deputy Director Fang Xiao from the Center for European Studies.
