From November 24 to November 26, at the invitation of SIIS, the delegation of the Center for Strategic Research (SAM) under the Turkish MFA led by Chairman Ali Resul Usul visited Shanghai. The delegation visited SIIS and held the workshop on “Turkish and Chinese Perspective on Peace and Security in Eurasia”. After the workshop, SIIS President Chen Dongxiao and SAM Chairman Ali Resul Usul signed the MoU on behalf of the two institutes. During its visit in Shanghai, the delegation also met with Prof. Yang Jiemian, Chairman of the Committee of SIIS Academic Affairs and visited the Institute of Middle East Studies at the Shanghai International Studies University.
