On December 6, Mr. Batir Tursunov, Dean of the Institute for Strategic and Regional Studies under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan visited SIIS and exchanged ideas on Central Asian affairs with SIIS President Chen Dongxiao and Dr. Qiang Xiaoyun, Deputy Director of the Center for Russian & Central Asian Studies.
