On December 10, Led by Prof. Chanthalangsy Yong, Director General of the Institute of Foreign Affairs (IFA), the Laos Think-tank delegation visited SIIS. The delegation met with Prof. Yang Jiemian, Chairman of the Council of SIIS Academic Affairs and Prof. Cai Penghong, senior research fellow of the Institute for Foreign Policy Studies and exchanged views on China-Laos relations, China-ASEAN relations and future cooperation between the two think-tanks.
