On December 15, Mr. Shaimergenov, Deputy Director of the Library of the First President of The Republic of Kazakhstan – Leader of Nation, visited SIIS and exchanged ideas on Central Asian affairs with Director Li Xin, Deputy Director Qiang Xiaoyun, Dr. Qian Zongqi from the Center for Russian & Central Asian Studies.
