On December 21, Dr. Naoyuki Yoshino, Dean of the Asian Development Bank Institute, visited SIIS and met with SIIS President Chen Dongxiao and exchanged ideas on “One Road One Belt” and infrastructural building. Dr. Pan Xiaoming, research fellow of the Institute for World Economy Studies attended the meeting.
