On January 26, SIIS President Chen Dongxiao met with Dr. Chhem Rethy, Director of Cambodian Development Resources Institute and talked about cooperation between the two institutes. Dr. Zhou Shixin and Ms. Zhang Jun from the Institute for Foreign Policy Studies also attended the meeting.
