On March 10, Dr. Ignacio Bartesaghi, Coordinator of the Latin America – Asia Pacific Observatory, visited SIIS and exchanged ideas on China-Latin America relations with Prof. Wu Chunsi, Director of the Institute for International Strategic Studies, Prof. Zhang Mingde, senior researcher of the Center for American Studies, and Ms Lou Xiangfei from the Center for American Studies.
