On March 24, Mr. Justin Vaisse, Director of the Center for Analysis, Prevision and Strategy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as well as Prof. Richard Banegas from Sciences Po Paris, visited SIIS and had discussions on Sino-French cooperation in Africa with SIIS researchers.
