On April 22th，Richard A. Boucher, the former Deputy Secretary-General of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), visited SIIS and exchanged views with SIIS experts from the Center for American Studies, Center for European Studies and the Institute for World Economy Studies. Dr. Shao Yuqun, Director of the Center for American Studies chaired the discussion. Prof. Yang Jiemian, Chairman of SIIS Academic Committee met with Richard Boucher after the meeting.
