On July 7^th, Prof. Wu Baiyi, Director of the Institute of Latin American Studies of CASS, led a delegation to visit SIIS, having discussion on “One Belt One Road” Initiative and the future cooperation between the two Institutes with President Chen Dongxiao and other research fellows of SIIS.
