On July 10^th ，SIIS and Keen Risk Solution (KRS) jointly held a seminar on the construction of protection model for Chinese overseas interests. Representatives from government departments, think tanks, academic organizations and defense contractors attended the seminar and shared their opinions on the protection of Chinese overseas interests. President Chen Dongxiao and General Zhu Chenghu, former Dean of College of Defence Studies in National Defence University PLA China gave opening speeches . Dr. Li Weijian, Director of the Institute for Foreign Policy Studies chaired the seminar.
