On July 17th, Dr. Zhu Weimin, Deputy Director-General of Shanghai Municipal Foreign Affair Office led a delegation to visit SIIS, having discussion on the 13th Five-Year-Plan of Shanghai foreign affairs with experts of SIIS. President Chen Dongxiao met the guests and chaired the discussion.
